I take pride in achieving the highest dollar amount for my clients' homes and continue to set price records for the highest sales price per square foot in many Glendale neighborhoods.  My advertising on behalf of my clients promotes the homes I have listed for sale, instead of what I have recently sold.  From complimentary home staging to professional photography, I make a personal, financial commitment to each listing I represent.
